Tizeti Network Limited has collected a sum of N117,500 from Muyiwa-Ojo, its Ibadan-based customer, and failed to install a Wi-Fi network device at his residence.
The installation, originally scheduled for September 30 but later rescheduled for October 20, has yet to be carried out as of the time of filing this report.
“They agreed to do the installation on the 30th of September, but they did not show up, let alone call me,” Muyiwa-Ojo told FIJ.
A representative of the company, simply identified as Segun, who had been attending to Muyiwa-Ojo, suddenly claimed on October 1 that he had yet to receive instructions from the headquarters regarding the installation.

Muyiwa Ojo was later informed that the installation will be done on October 20. He then became uninterested in the company’s service after its unfulfilled promises.

“I am not even interested in their service anymore. I once told Mr. Segun on the 31st of September when they first failed, that I needed a refund, but they pleaded that they would get the job done on the 20th of October. They have failed again. This is looking like a scam,” he exclaimed.
‘STEPS ARE BEING TAKEN ALREADY’
When FIJ contacted Segun through Whatsapp text on Saturday, the company representative maintained that steps are being taken to carry out the network installation.
“I have escalated this, and I have assured him (Muyiwa-Ojo) we will come for the installation. Steps are being taken already to get his internet installed,” Segun told FIJ.
FIJ also wrote to Tizeti Network via mail on Saturday, but had yet to respond as of press time.
